At 36" tall, on a one-piece molded base, it holds position where lighter, slim-line cones get pushed around. Injection-molded PVC lets the cone take a hit and recover its shape. The heavy, wide-body base is molded as one piece... added mass and footprint resist wind gusts and passing-vehicle turbulence. Meets MUTCD standards.
