Cone-bottom geometry drains completely to the outlet, why operators choose it for blending, settling, and dosing where leftover heel in a flat-bottom tank is a problem. Filled with water (1.0 SG), it carries 16,680 pounds... At its 1.5 SG rating, contents can weigh up to 25,020 pounds. It includes the fittings shown on the drawing: a flange, an 18-inch PE threaded and vented fitting to let the cone breathe, and a manway with 15-inch access...
