That rating, not volume, governs denser fluids... usable fill falls as density rises. Seals must match service: flange and threaded-fitting materials must be compatible to use the 1.9 headroom. Configured with a flange, an 18-inch polyethylene threaded and vented fitting, a manway with 15-inch access, a 10-inch by 12-inch S.U.M.O. fitting, and a flat S.U.M.O. fitting.
