Full of water it weighs roughly 36,696 lb and, at its 1.9 specific gravity rating, is engineered to carry up to about 69,722 lb of contents. That mass demands a properly sized, level, fully supported concrete pad — not compacted gravel. Configured with a flange, an 18-inch PE threaded and vented fitting, 15-inch manway access, a 2-3 inch S.U.M.O., and a 12-inch by 14-inch fitting.
