It carries a 1.9 specific gravity rating, giving an impact-resistant wall for contents denser than water. At 12,500 gallons plain water loads the pad with roughly 104,250 pounds... at the tank's maximum rated contents the load reaches about 198,075 pounds. A manway with a 15-inch access opening, an 18-inch PE threaded and vented fitting, a 12 by 30 inch fitting, a flange, a bulkhead and flat fitting are shown on the technical drawing.
