Brown polyethylene hides in landscaping and shades the water column to slow algae growth. Built for above-ground rainwater catchment, it's rated to a specific gravity of 1.0 - sized for water, not for chemical service. Filled to capacity it holds roughly 1,668 pounds of water; that full-water weight is also its maximum rated contents weight.
