White resin shows fill level at a glance. Polyethylene, with a 1.5 specific gravity rating, carries water and water-density liquids. Filled with water the contents weigh about 167 lb; the tank is rated to hold up to 250 lb. At 20 gallons of 1.5-density liquid the math is roughly 250 lb... exactly the rated maximum.
