Two numbers define it: the XLPE wall and the 1.9 specific gravity rating. XLPE gives a tougher, more impact- and stress-crack-resistant wall than standard HDPE. The 1.9 rating means it holds liquids up to 1.9 times the weight of water at full volume. Filled with water it carries roughly 4,587 pounds; at the 1.9 ceiling it is rated for 8,715 pounds of contents. The flat-bottom vertical design sits on a level, fully supporting pad.
