Chem-Tainer 500 Gallon Plastic Vertical Liquid Storage Tank — Product Video

Video transcript

When space is tight and capacity matters... the Chem-Tainer 500 Gallon Plastic Vertical Liquid Storage Tank stands wide and short: a white polyethylene vertical tank that holds 500 gallons and rises just 42 inches. It sits on a 64 x 64 inch base, so the load stays low and stable on a level pad. This wide, short profile fits under low cover and resists tipping better than a tall, narrow tank of the same volume... A specific gravity rating of 1.5 sets the ceiling for what it can safely hold. Plain water at 1.0 weighs about 4,170 pounds full; at the 1.5 rating the maximum rated contents weigh roughly 6,255 pounds. Confirm fittings against the technical drawing...
