Deep, dark, and built to hold... the Snyder Industries 8,750-gallon vertical storage tank is molded from high density linear polyethylene. It stands 146 inches tall on a 142 x 142 inch footprint. The black exterior blocks light to limit algae growth in outdoor water service. Shell rated to a 1.9 specific gravity. Water fills this tank to roughly 72,975 pounds at capacity; heavier liquids raise the maximum rated contents weight to about 138,652 pounds. Engineer the foundation for that load. Access is a 15-inch manway. Fittings include a flange; flat fittings at 2.5 and 92.5 degrees; an 18-inch PE threaded and vented fitting; a S.U.M.O. style fitting; and a bulkhead fitting.
