Snyder Industries' 1100-gallon HDPE double wall tank safeguards 98% sulfuric acid in a primary shell, while an integral outer wall captures contents if the inner tank fails. Molded from high density linear polyethylene and rated to a 1.9 specific gravity, it stands 104 inches tall on a 76 x 76 inch footprint. The primary tank provides full secondary containment for SPCC sites and indoor chemical rooms. Filled with water it weighs about 9,174 pounds; at its 1.9 SG rating it reaches roughly 17,431 pounds.
