A polyethylene vertical tank, 106 inches tall on a 90 x 90 inch footprint, it holds 2,500 gallons and carries a 1.0 specific gravity rating for water. The black exterior blocks light to discourage algae growth — common for outdoor non-potable service. Filled to capacity it carries 20,850 pounds, roughly 2.6 psi average bearing pressure across the footprint. Out of the box: an 18 inch polyethylene manway with 4 inch vent and tie-down, a flange at 272.5 degrees, plus 1-1/2 and 2 inch polypropylene bulkheads with EPDM gaskets.
