It stands 125 inches tall — vented, stationary, molded from black polyethylene with a 1.0 specific-gravity rating... engineered for water and any liquid no heavier than water. Filled to capacity it carries 25,020 pounds of water, so the pad beneath must be flat, level, continuously supported. Molded-in fittings deliver access: an 18" manway with 5" vent, a 2" polypropylene bulkhead with EPDM gasket, and a 1-1/2" Eco-bulkhead port.
