At full capacity with a 1.0 SG liquid, expect approximately 1,366 pounds on the foundation. Set on a flat, level pad of compacted gravel or a concrete slab at least 4 inches thick. Factory-installed fittings include a 2" 316 SS Ball Valve outlet and a 2" Access Port inlet, both with NPT threading for direct connection to standard schedule 40 or schedule 80 PVC, polypropylene, or stainless steel plumbing. The 22" Vented Manway lid opening provides ample access for interior inspection, cleaning, and installation of float switches, level sensors, or submersible pumps. We recommend schedule 80 PVC or polypropylene fittings on the 2" NPT outlet with a ball valve for positive shutoff.
