Orders and Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Orders are confirmed only when payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Payment is required in full at the time of order.

Shipping

Most tanks ship via LTL freight from the nearest Norwesco manufacturing plant. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Returns

Unused, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.

Product Information

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, manufacturer specifications may change without notice. Always verify critical specifications with our team before ordering for mission-critical applications.

Limitation of Liability

OneSource Plastics is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, use outside of rated specifications, chemical incompatibility, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines. All tanks carry the manufacturer's warranty only.
