Factory-installed fittings include a 2" PP Stainless Steel Bolted Fitting outlet and a 1-1/2" PP Female NPT Bulkhead Fitting inlet, both with NPT threading for direct connection to standard schedule 40 or schedule 80 PVC, polypropylene, or stainless steel plumbing. The 18" Threaded Vented Manway lid opening provides ample access for interior inspection, cleaning, and installation of float switches, level sensors, or submersible pumps. Install schedule 80 PVC or stainless steel piping on all 2" NPT connections. Full-port ball valves, expansion loops for thermal movement, and proper pipe support are essential at this scale.
