The Ronco Plastics RVB365 is a 10 gallon light-duty polyethylene fresh water tank built for RV service, where a compact potable supply needs to tuck into a storage bay or under a bunk. Rotationally molded by Ronco Plastics in Tustin, California, a shop that has been forming polyethylene tanks since 1974, it carries a modest 13 pound ship weight that makes it easy for one person to handle during installation.
Because this is a fresh water tank, the wall is FDA-compliant natural polyethylene. The translucent material lets you see the water level from outside the tank at a glance, which is a practical advantage in a coach where the tank is buried behind a panel and a sender is not always fitted.
Ronco does not lock you into a fixed port layout. Fittings are installed per order: spin-weld or threaded fittings are located to your specification before the tank ships, so the fill, vent, and outlet land exactly where your plumbing runs.
