An S-shaped tank exists because the floor of a coach is not an empty rectangle. Frame members, axles, and plumbing chases carve the underfloor into odd channels, and the 80H is molded to snake through one: 68 gallons of waste capacity wrapped around obstructions that would force a straight tank down to half the volume. It is one of the largest holding tanks in Ronco's RV line, aimed at full-time rigs and bus conversions where dump-station intervals matter more than anything.
Respect the mass. Full, 68 gallons of waste water comes to roughly 567 lb - more than a quarter ton moving with the vehicle - and the blank itself weighs 124 lb, a genuinely thick-walled molding. Support the tank across its whole footprint and strap it to structure; an S-shape concentrates load at its bends.
Like every Ronco molding since 1974, it leaves the Tustin, California plant with fittings installed to your order - spin-welded or threaded, wherever your dump valve and vent need to land. Print the drawing below and mark the spots, or place them on the on-page fitting planner. If your floor is more conventional, the straight-bodied 92H at 48 gallons and 96H at 44 gallons are simpler installs, and the full range of shapes is in the RV holding tank category.
