Seven and a half inches. That is all the height the 37W asks, and it is the least of any tank near its size in the line - 14 gallons stretched across 29.75 x 16 inches of floor. This is the tank for the install everyone else called impossible: under the fixed bed with the drawers still in, below a false floor, in the gap over a wheel well that measures shallower than your hand is long.
Because it is a Water / Waste Holding Tank series molding, the low profile works both jobs. Fresh fittings make it a potable tank in FDA-compliant polyethylene; waste fittings make it a slimline gray tank that hides under the shower it drains. The shell ships blank - the fitting order is the commitment.
Empty weight is 11 lb; full is about 117 lb at 8.34 lb per gallon of water, spread flat and low - the easiest kind of load to secure well. If you can afford another inch or two of height, capacity jumps fast in the RV water tanks category; the waste-side library is under RV holding tanks.
