Thirteen inches wide, 35 long, 11 tall: the 39W is a corridor tank. It carries 20 gallons in a footprint narrow enough to run beside a wheel well, down the center tunnel of a van, or along the outboard side of a locker where wider tanks simply do not fit. When the floor plan gives you a lane instead of a room, this is the molding drawn for it.
Like the rest of the Water / Waste Holding Tank series, the shell has no allegiance until you order fittings. Fresh-water fittings make it a potable tank in FDA-compliant polyethylene; waste fittings make it a 20 gallon gray or black holding tank in the same slim envelope.
Fourteen pounds empty, about 167 lb full at 8.34 lb per gallon of water - a load that wants straps at both ends of that 35 inch run, not just the middle. Wider 20 gallon shapes and every neighboring size are in the RV water tanks category; dedicated waste geometry lives under RV holding tanks; the marine uses of these same shells are at boat tanks.
