The 71W lives at the practical center of the catalog: 25 gallons, 38 x 20 x 9 inches. Nine inches of height keeps it under floors and beds; the 38 x 20 inch spread gives it real capacity anyway. For couples' vans, truck campers, and small trailers, 25 gallons is the honest number - enough water to matter, not so much that the payload budget notices - and this is the low-slung way to carry it.
Its series is Water / Waste Holding Tank, Ronco's dual-role line: fresh-water fittings make it a potable tank in FDA-compliant polyethylene; waste fittings make it a 25 gallon gray tank that slides under the shower floor it serves. One molding, either side of the plumbing wall.
Sixteen pounds empty and about 208 lb full (water at 8.34 lb per gallon) - a load the underfloor structure of most rigs takes comfortably when the tank bears flat. Its taller and thinner neighbors are in the RV water tanks category, the dedicated waste shapes under RV holding tanks, and the whole lineup at the Ronco Plastics hub.
