The B105 is a 12-gallon box - 17.5 x 14 x 12 inches - and boxes are underrated on boats. A squarish footprint sits flat in a cockpit locker or under a v-berth step without the wasted corners an odd-form tank leaves behind. This is a dual-role marine molding: order fresh-water fittings for a potable tank in FDA-compliant polyethylene, or waste fittings for a compact holding tank. The blank is identical; your order decides.
Numbers a small boat cares about: 15 lb empty, about 100 lb full at 8.34 lb per gallon. That full weight is low enough to mount almost anywhere but real enough to strap properly - a hundred pounds airborne in a seaway ruins more than the tank.
Ronco rotomolds it in Tustin, California, continuously since 1974, and installs fittings per order: spin-welded or threaded at the marks you provide. Print the drawing below, mark your locations, or use the on-page fitting planner as you order. The rest of the small-boat range is in boat tanks, and if the same tank ends up in a camper, its cousins live in RV water tanks. Everything else is on the Ronco Plastics hub. OneSource Plastics is an authorized Ronco Plastics dealer.
