The B118 is a 30-gallon dual-role tank in a 24 x 20 x 16 inch package - dimensions that read like a bay in a boat and a compartment in a camper, which is exactly the point of its marine-and-RV billing. One blank serves both worlds: with fresh fittings it is a potable water tank in FDA-compliant polyethylene; with waste fittings it is a gray or black holding tank. Nothing is plumbed until your order says so.
At 28 lb empty it is an easy two-person lift into any bay, and its squarish proportions mean it uses the space it occupies with almost no waste. Full, plan on about 250 lb - 8.34 lb per gallon, every gallon - carried on a floor that supports the entire base.
