Somewhere between the light 16-gallon blanks and the armored ones sits the B122: 27 lb empty, a middle-weight build of a middle-size marine water tank. It is the sensible default of the family - more wall than the featherweights for boats that pound a little, less mass than the heavy-service moldings when you do not need ballast-grade construction.
Sixteen gallons of fresh water comes to about 133 lb full at 8.34 lb per gallon, molded in FDA-compliant potable polyethylene with no seams and no liner. If your layout needs holding capacity in this size instead, order the same blank with waste fittings - the mold is identical and never pre-plumbed; your order defines the tank.
Fittings are installed per order at the Tustin, California plant where Ronco has rotomolded since 1974: print the drawing below, mark the spin-weld or threaded fitting locations, or place them on the on-page fitting planner. To compare the whole 16-gallon shelf side by side, start in boat tanks; the complete catalog is on the Ronco Plastics hub. OneSource Plastics is an authorized Ronco Plastics dealer.
