Small boats deserve real tanks too. The B199 puts 12 gallons of fresh water capacity into a rotomolded shell that ships at just 20 lb - a size drawn for day sailors, center consoles, and pocket cruisers where the water system is one sink and a transom shower, and where every pound of hardware has to justify itself.
Twelve gallons is more useful than it sounds. Full, it is about 100 lb of water (8.34 lb per gallon), enough for a day of rinsing rods, washing hands, and keeping the crew out of the cooler ice. The tank is FDA-compliant polyethylene, molded seamless and potable-rated, so it can sit under a console in the sun for years without giving the water a plastic aftertaste or developing the weeps that plague fabricated tanks.
It ships without fittings, and on a small boat that is a genuine advantage: console tanks live in cramped, cable-crowded spaces where a fixed fitting location is usually the wrong one. Print the drawing below, mark your fill, vent, and pickup where they actually clear the rigging tubes, and Ronco spin-welds or thread-installs them to those marks - or place them on the on-page fitting planner. It is the same made-to-order process the Tustin, California shop has run since 1974.
More small-craft shapes live in the boat tank category, and the entire molding list is on the Ronco Plastics hub. OneSource Plastics is an authorized Ronco Plastics dealer.
