Six inches. That is the whole vertical story of the B235, and it is the reason this tank exists: 18 gallons spread across a 40.75 x 18 x 6 inch pancake that slides under a berth, a cockpit sole, or an RV floor where no conventional tank will go. Spreading water that thin takes a heavy molding to keep the broad top and bottom faces from oil-canning, which is why this blank ships at a stout 76 lb.
Like every tank in Ronco's B-series, the B235 is molded as a dual-role blank. Order it with fittings placed for supply and it serves as a fresh water tank in food-grade polyethylene; order it with waste-style inlets and a dump outlet and the same molding runs gray or black service. You decide its life when you mark the drawing - print the one below, mark your fitting locations, and use the on-page fitting planner to spec spin-weld or threaded fittings. Ronco installs them to your marks before it ships.
Full of fresh water the B235 carries about 150 lb, spread across nearly the whole footprint - a load most soles and floors take easily precisely because it is so distributed. Ronco has rotomolded these in Tustin, California since 1974.
