In fresh service the natural polyethylene is food-grade and potable-appropriate; as a B-series dual-role molding it can just as readily be fitted as a compact gray water tank.
Full, it holds about 117 lb of water - real ballast in a small hull, so mount it low and centered where the weight helps ride rather than hurts it.
