The Ronco Plastics B305 is a 40-gallon dual-purpose molding stretched long and shallow - 54" x 20" x 9" - to ride under floors and berths where headroom is the scarce commodity. Marine or RV, fresh or waste: the tank is finished by its fittings, becoming either a potable water tank in FDA-grade polyethylene or a gray or black waste holding tank in the same heavy shell. It ships at 92 lb, and a full water load runs about 334 lb, laid flat and low where a hull or chassis carries weight best.
The fitting order deserves the same attention as the tank choice. Ronco spin-welds or threads each fitting at your marked position, and on a 54" tank installed with any pitch at all, the outlet must chase the true low corner or gallons will strand.
