The Ronco Plastics B368 is a long, low 43 gallon molding: 54 x 16 x 13 inches, shaped to run fore-and-aft along a keel line, under a berth, or down the side of an RV basement bay. Like every B-series tank it is a dual-role shell. Order it with fittings for potable water and the food-grade polyethylene serves as a drinking water tank; order it with waste fittings and the same molding becomes a gray or black holding tank.
Full of water it carries 359 lb at 8.34 lb per gallon, while the empty tank ships at 93 lb. That narrow 16 inch footprint spreads the load along the hull rather than concentrating it in one spot.
Fittings are installed per order at the factory, spin-welded or threaded to the exact locations you mark. Print the drawing below, note where plumbing needs to land, and work through the fitting planner on this page. Ronco has built tanks this way in Tustin, California since 1974.
