The Ronco Plastics B379 carries 45 gallons in a molding that ships at just 46 lb, the light-wall counterpart in a capacity class where Ronco also molds much heavier shells. If your installation is protected and weight is the enemy, this is the 45 gallon tank to spec. It remains a full B-series dual-role shell: food-grade polyethylene plumbed for potable water, or the same molding fitted as a gray or black waste holding tank.
Respect the filled weight even on a light tank: 45 gallons is about 375 lb of water at 8.34 lb per gallon, so the base needs continuous support.
