Thirty-four gallons, nine and a half inches tall: the Ronco Plastics B381 is a 34 x 26 x 9.5 inch B-series molding for underfloor installs that still want real capacity. It ships at a modest 35 lb, so one person can maneuver it into a crawl-height bay. The dual-role shell is finished as either a potable fresh water tank in food-grade polyethylene or a gray or black waste holding tank; your fitting order decides.
Filled, plan on about 284 lb at 8.34 lb per gallon. In a shallow tank that load sits directly on the mounting surface, which is exactly where you want it.
