The Ronco Plastics B382 is the heavy cruiser of the mid-size B-series: 60 gallons in a molding that ships at 120 lb, twice the wall mass of lighter tanks in its class. That thickness is what you want under a sailboat sole or in a sportfisher that pounds. Dual-role like every B-series shell, it becomes a potable fresh water tank in food-grade polyethylene or a gray or black waste holding tank based solely on the fittings installed.
Sixty gallons of water is about 500 lb at 8.34 lb per gallon, a load worth engineering for; place it low and over structure.
