If your installation sees pounding, racking loads, or a mounting scheme that leaves spans unsupported, that extra material is exactly what you are paying for.
The B473 is a dual-role B-series shell, water or waste by choice of fittings. As a fresh water tank, the food-contact PE stores drinking water; as a holding tank, the heavy wall handles gray or black waste service in installations that punish lighter tanks. Ronco installs fittings per order, spin-welded or threaded at your marked locations, so nothing gets drilled in the field.
