The Ronco Plastics B477 turns a 35 x 27 inch patch of floor into 98 gallons of capacity by building upward: 26 inches tall, compact in plan, big in volume. For van builds, vertical chase installations, and boats with deep, short compartments, this proportion is the unlock.
It is a dual-role B-series molding, so the same shell ships as a fresh water tank or a gray or black waste holding tank depending on the fittings you order. In potable service the polyethylene is food-grade; in waste service the seamless rotomolded body needs no liner and has no joints to leak. Fittings are installed per order at the factory, spin-welded or threaded to your layout.
A tall tank concentrates load: full, the B477 holds about 817 lb of water at 8.34 lb per gallon on that modest footprint, so the floor under it must be structure. The tank itself is only 62 lb. Print the dimensioned drawing below, check your height clearance honestly, then place ports with the on-page fitting planner.
