The Ronco Plastics B506 is 190 gallons of capacity in a 56 x 30 x 28 inch molding, second only to the largest tank in this family. It exists for the builds where water autonomy is the entire point: expedition rigs, crew vessels, remote worksites, event trailers.
The shell is dual-role B-series polyethylene. Order fresh water fittings and it is a potable tank, food-grade material throughout; order waste fittings and it is one of the largest gray or black holding tanks Ronco molds. Every fitting is installed per order, spin-welded or threaded at positions you mark, because at this scale a misplaced port is not an inconvenience, it is a re-engineering project.
Structure is the first conversation: about 1585 lb of water at 8.34 lb per gallon rides in this tank at capacity, over a 149 lb shell. Frame for it the way you would frame for machinery. Print the dimensioned drawing below, verify the installation path through your doors and hatches, and complete the port layout in the on-page fitting planner.
