The B546 runs 62 inches long by 14 wide by 7.5 tall - a plank of a tank that slips 25 gallons into bilge runs and underfloor channels no rectangular-box tank could enter. It is the wider, shallower cousin of Ronco's longest keel-run molding: a few inches shorter, a few inches broader, the same idea of putting water where the boat has length to spare and nothing else.
Dual-role, per the B-series pattern: order supply fittings for fresh water service - FDA-approved potable polyethylene - or waste fittings for a long, low gray tank. Ronco installs either style to your marks, spin-welded or threaded. On 7.5 inches of depth over a 62-inch run, resting trim decides where the water pools, so place the pickup with the drawing in hand: print it below, mark the low corner, and set the ports in the fitting planner on this page.
It ships at 84 lb - the wall thickness a 62-inch unsupported span demands - and carries about 208 lb full, spread thin along its length. Support it continuously; a plank tank on point supports will hinge at every gap. Molded in Tustin, California since 1974.
The other long-format moldings are in boat tanks; comparable RV underfloor tanks are under RV water tanks, and everything Ronco makes is on the Ronco Plastics hub. OneSource Plastics is an authorized Ronco Plastics dealer.
