The BOAT20W carries 19 gallons at 38 x 15.5 x 8.12 inches - a long, low molding just over 8 inches tall, and the heaviest-built tank of its size in Ronco's marine range at a 62 lb blank. That weight is nearly all wall: this is the shell for hard-service hulls where a thin under-sole tank would slowly grind itself to failure against the structure it touches.
Nineteen gallons full is about 158 lb of contents on top of the substantial shell, laid out across a footprint that spreads load generously. Give it continuous support and firm end stops; a low tank this long will creep under vibration if it is merely resting in place. The material is FDA-compliant potable polyethylene - fresh water service only.
Fittings are installed per order at the Tustin, California plant - spin-welded or threaded at your marks, the same per-order craft Ronco has practiced since 1974. Print the drawing below, mark the fitting positions your plumbing needs, and finalize them in the on-page fitting planner.
Lighter tanks of similar capacity live in RV water tanks, including the 19-gallon RV73W; the marine range is under boat tanks and the catalog on the Ronco Plastics hub. OneSource Plastics is an authorized Ronco Plastics dealer.
