Buy this shell when the duty cycle is constant rather than occasional.
As with everything in the Water / Waste Holding Tank series, 52 gallons has no fixed job. Fresh-water fittings make it a potable tank in FDA-compliant resin - a main supply for a coach or cruiser. Waste fittings make it a large gray or black holding tank that stretches the interval between dump stops to something civilized.
Full, it holds about 434 lb of water at 8.34 lb per gallon; with the tank's own weight on top of that, mounting is a through-bolted, frame-bearing job.
