Between the 100-gallon tanks that run out mid-afternoon and the 200-gallon tanks that demand a serious chassis sits the AD9405: 150 gallons, heavy-duty wall, 46 x 30 x 29 inches. For a one-truck detailing operation it is often the honest answer - enough water for a full day's route at about 1,251 lb when brimmed, on a chassis-friendly 83 lb shell.
The heavy-duty spec means the wall is molded thick for daily fill-and-drain work, the kind of duty that fatigues lighter tanks at the corners. It is utility water only - wash, rinse, pressure-washer supply - with no potable claim. The 29-inch height also matters: it stays below many bed-rail toolbox lines where the taller 200-class tanks will not.
Flanking it in the line: the 200-gallon heavy-duty AD9404 at 48 x 30 x 38 inches above, and the 100-gallon AD9401HD at 38.5 x 26.5 x 25 inches below, with the 60-gallon AD9407 for the lightest rigs. Ronco Plastics rotomolds them all in Tustin, California - since 1974 - and installs fittings per order, spin-weld or threaded.
