Order it with fresh water fittings and it stores drinking water in food-grade polyethylene; order it with waste fittings and it becomes a compact gray or black holding tank. Ronco installs those fittings per order, spin-welded or threaded at whatever positions your installation demands, marked by you on the drawing.
