The Ronco Plastics B493 is the heavyweight of the 25 gallon class: a long, low molding carrying 106 lb of polyethylene, which is more tank mass than some tanks twice its capacity. That wall thickness buys abuse tolerance, stiffness over a long unsupported span, and a service life measured in decades rather than seasons.
It remains a true dual-role B-series shell. Fresh water fittings make it a potable tank in food-contact polyethylene; waste fittings make it a gray or black holding tank with armor to spare. Ronco installs each fitting per order, spin-welded or threaded to your marks, so the long body gets its ports exactly where the hose runs want them.
