The RPV100 solves a door problem. It stands 100 gallons on a 23 inch diameter footprint, 64 inches tall - a slim column that rolls through a standard 36 inch doorway with a foot to spare on either side of plumb. When the tank has to reach a basement mechanical room, an interior closet, or anywhere a stock squat tank cannot pass, the tall-and-narrow geometry is the whole product.
Standing water is honest about its weight: about 834 lb at full, all of it bearing on that small circle of floor. Set it on structural slab, keep it plumb, and if it lives where people brush past it, strap the upper third to the wall - tall cylinders are stable full and tippy empty.
Fittings are installed per order at Ronco's Tustin, California plant - spin-welded or threaded at the heights and clock positions you mark, as the shop has done since 1974. On a vertical, outlet height decides how much of the tank you can actually use, so print the drawing below, think in inches from the floor, and set your layout in the on-page fitting planner.
