As the name says, this is the "Without Fitting" configuration: it ships with the 16" lid up top and a 2" outlet port at the base, but no bulkhead fitting or gasket installed on that port. Plan to add a bulkhead fitting and gasket rated to the 2" outlet as part of your install, and confirm the fitting and gasket materials suit your stored liquid before you fill.
