The 43H runs 81 inches along a frame rail while standing just 7.75 inches tall and 11 inches wide - 20 gallons of holding capacity shaped like a structural member. Rail tanks like this are how builders find waste capacity on chassis where every conventional bay is already spoken for: the space outboard of the frame, above the skirting, is free real estate if the tank is thin enough.
Twenty gallons in this format means the roughly 167 lb full load spreads over nearly seven feet, keeping pressure on any single mount low. The blank ships at 26 lb with the wall build to span between supports. As with the whole H series, gray or black water only - no potable service.
Ronco molds the long format at several capacities from its Tustin, California plant (running since 1974): the 44H at 12 gallons and 80.75 x 14 x 6.75 inches is flatter, and the 42H at 15 gallons and 91.5 x 7 x 16 inches stands on edge as a panel. The rest of the geometry catalog is in the RV holding tanks category.
Fittings install at the plant to your marks - print the drawing below, mark your fitting locations along the run, and choose spin-weld or threaded. OneSource Plastics is an authorized Ronco Plastics dealer.
