Both are pure waste tanks, gray or black water with no potable claim. The 39H blank weighs about 26 pounds; full weight is the figure that matters, roughly 250 pounds at 8.34 pounds per gallon, and a shallow tank spreads that load wide, so support the full footprint rather than two narrow straps.
