The Cone Bar Sign is a lightweight, extendable channelizing bar that combines with others to build instant work-zone barriers. This variant carries a 24" x 12" Superbright Two-Way Arrow panel, directing traffic in either direction while staying light enough for a single worker to deploy and reposition.
Built for the work zone
Constructed from exterior-grade PVC with UV inhibitors, the bar withstands temperature extremes and direct sunlight without degrading. The Superbright panel is extremely reflective at night, keeping the two-way arrow visible to approaching drivers in low light. At approximately 2 lbs, it stores and handles easily across a fleet.
Fast, flexible deployment
A unique push-pin locking mechanism lets the bar extend from 5' to 9' or from 4' to 6', so crews can span cone spacing to fit the site. Combine multiple bars to create an instant square barrier system in seconds, closing off hazards without heavier hardware.
