The Dura-Cast 125-gallon used cooking oil collection tank is a rotationally-molded (rotomolded) polyethylene container built for restaurants, food-service kitchens, fleets, and biodiesel producers who collect and recycle used cooking oil (UCO). Shown here in John Deere Green, it gives a busy kitchen or feedstock operation a dedicated, sealed point to pour off spent fryer oil and hold it until pickup. With a compact 43 x 27 x 38 in footprint, it fits along a back wall or in a rear-of-house corner without eating up work space.
Built for used cooking oil and biodiesel feedstock
Rotomolded polyethylene stands up to the heat and residue of used fryer oil, and the enclosed design keeps the collected UCO contained between hauls. It works equally well as a restaurant grease-collection point or as a feedstock reservoir for a biodiesel producer.
