It is injection-molded from PVC with a one-piece wide-body base molded as one with the cone, giving it a heavier, more stable footprint than slim-line cones. This variant pairs a 28" yellow body with one 6" and one 4" reflective collar for strong nighttime and low-light conspicuity.
