The DW Series 28" Orange Traffic Cone is a wide-body, injection-molded PVC cone built for high-visibility work-zone control where stability matters. The DW ("wide-body") series carries a heavier, more stable one-piece base molded as a single unit with the cone, so it holds position in wind and passing traffic. This configuration ships as a 28" orange cone with a black base and weighs 7 lb.

One-piece construction eliminates a separate base that can loosen or separate, and the PVC body stands up to repeated handling by crews and fleets. The cone meets MUTCD standards and is NCHRP-350 certified, backed by a Certificate of Crashworthiness.
