The Maelstrom rainwater filter, Bushman part number 39138, is a U shaped, two stage filter that sits over the inlet of an above ground or underground rainwater tank.
Performance
An ultra fine 180 micron screen removes particles about five times smaller than a standard tank screen, with up to 158.5 gallons per minute of flow and 96% catchment efficiency per Bushman. The closed design keeps sunlight out, which slows algae.

It works with gutter debris separators and first flush diverters (parts 39136, 39022, 39021) and fits new or existing systems.
